Healthy leaders. Strong care. Deeper life with God.
Churches are already doing remarkable work—developing leaders, caring for people, strengthening families, and helping people grow in their relationship with God.
ThriveLife Foundation exists to come alongside that work.
We provide practical resources, training, mentoring, and consulting to help churches develop healthy leaders, strengthen congregation care, and help people live more deeply connected with God.
Use the resources within your church, or partner with us for additional support.

Every church is different. You may be looking for a resource your team can use on its own, training for a specific area, or someone to walk alongside your leaders.
Start where it makes sense.
Help pastors, staff, ministry leaders, volunteers, and emerging leaders grow in healthy, sustainable, Spirit-empowered life and leadership.

Help leaders thrive in ministry—and in the life behind the ministry.
Leadership touches almost every part of life: relationships, decisions, emotions, energy, schedules, conflict, family, teams, and our own relationship with God.
We help churches develop leaders who grow not only in what they do, but also in who they are becoming and where they are leading from.
A practical guide to Spirit-empowered life and leadership.
Christian leadership can easily become focused on everything that needs to get done.
Prepare. Lead. Decide. Solve. Care. Build. Develop others.
Lead Empowered brings leaders back to a foundational question:
Where am I leading from?
It helps Christian leaders bring their life with God into the realities of everyday leadership.
Leaders can explore connection with God, stress and emotions, identity, limits, rest, relationships, conflict, decision-making, delegation, difficult conversations, developing other leaders, and defining success.
Spirit-empowered leadership isn't passive. It's learning to do what is ours to do with God rather than as though everything depends on us.
Lead Empowered can be used individually, with a mentor, with a leadership team, during staff meetings, or as part of a retreat or leadership-development process.
Sometimes it helps to have someone walk alongside your team.
ThriveLife also works directly with churches, leadership teams, networks, and denominations.
That may mean a workshop or retreat, help working through a particular leadership challenge, developing emerging leaders, strengthening a team, or creating a longer-term leadership-development process.
We don't begin by assuming you need a large program.
Start with what would be most helpful right now.
Strengthen the care your church is already providing.
Churches walk alongside people through grief, illness, family stress, loneliness, emotional struggles, financial pressure, major transitions, spiritual questions, and some of life's hardest seasons.
Congregation Care helps churches extend that care by developing ordinary people who can care faithfully as part of a healthy, well-supported church team.
Be present. Listen well. Care wisely. Help people connect.
Congregation Care is practical Christian training for church members and volunteers who want to care for people with compassion, wisdom, prayer, healthy boundaries, and appropriate connection to additional support.
At its center is one simple truth:
You don't have to fix people to care for them well.
Caregivers learn how to listen before advising, understand what someone is experiencing, respond with compassion, pray naturally, identify healthy next steps, maintain boundaries, follow through, and recognize when it is time to involve a leader or additional support.
The goal isn't to turn volunteers into counsellors.
It's to help ordinary people become more confident, compassionate, wise, and supported as they care for others.
You are a bridge, not the destination.
Healthy care doesn't depend on volunteers figuring everything out on their own.
ThriveLife can help churches prepare their care structure, train caregivers, establish healthy support and supervision, and develop experienced people who can eventually mentor others.
The goal isn't simply completed training.
It's people who can care wisely—with support.
Congregation Care works within each church's own leadership, policies, safeguarding practices, and denominational context.
A Congregation Care Mentorship Network
We want to help develop skilled care teams—and then help those teams develop others.
Our vision is a growing network where experienced caregivers mentor newer caregivers, care leaders strengthen other leaders, and churches share what they are learning with one another.
Develop skilled caregivers.
Build healthy teams.
Develop mentors.
Strengthen more churches.
For denominations and church networks, this could create a practical way to strengthen care across multiple congregations while allowing each church to work within its own leadership and context.
We would love to build this with churches, networks, and denominational leaders who share the vision.
Help people bring more of their everyday lives into relationship with God.
Churches already give people tremendous opportunities to know God, understand Scripture, worship, serve, and grow.
Yet all of us experience places where what we know and how we live don't fully line up.
We know God loves us, yet still perform.
We know we can trust Him, yet reach for control.
We know He is present, yet can move through an entire day barely noticing Him.
Our spiritual-formation resources are designed for that space.

Same hill. Same participation. Different power source.
Live Empowered helps people bring their faith into their thoughts, emotions, habits, relationships, decisions, work, rest, suffering, and everyday routines.
The focus isn't more spiritual information.
It's greater integration.
Live Empowered can be used individually or with a small group.
A practical guide to living a Spirit-empowered life.
.Learn to live everyday life with God.
Spirit-empowered living isn't passivity, and it isn't trying to make every ordinary activity sound spiritual.
It's learning to live more of our actual lives with God—depending on the Holy Spirit, noticing what is happening within and around us, receiving from God, and responding faithfully.
We still work, make decisions, take responsibility, have difficult conversations, rest, apologize, serve, and act.
We simply stop living as though everything depends on us.
Go deeper into how you connect with God.
A deeper spiritual-formation experience supporting inner healing and spiritual-emotional growth.
We were created for connection with God.
Yet fear, shame, painful experiences, disappointment, anxiety, performance, and patterns of self-protection can shape how we experience Him and how readily we bring different parts of our lives to Him.
Live Attached helps people gently notice where connection with God feels close—and where parts of life may still feel difficult to bring near.
The invitation isn't to hide those places or fix ourselves before coming to God.
Bring that part home.
Live Attached explores our connection with God through areas such as identity, faith, thoughts, emotions, past hurts, future hopes, stress, relationships, difficult circumstances, and everyday life.
It supports deeper connection with God, inner healing, spiritual and emotional growth, greater self-awareness, and healthier integration of our spiritual, emotional, and relational lives.
Live Attached can be used individually or with a small group. Sharing is invitational; no one is required to disclose trauma or deeply personal experiences.
It is a spiritual-formation resource and does not replace pastoral, psychological, medical, or other professional care when those supports are needed.
Use the resources on your own—or invite us to come alongside you.
Partner With Us
We support churches through leadership development, workshops, retreats, Congregation Care training, team development, mentoring, implementation support, and consulting.
Support can be shaped for a local church, leadership team, church network, or denomination.
The same approach can begin with one local church or extend across a larger network.
Local churches can strengthen leaders, care teams, and spiritual formation.
Multi-site churches and networks can develop shared language and approaches across locations.
Denominations can develop leaders, mentors, and care capacity that multiply across congregations.
The goal isn't to make every church look the same.
It's to provide practical resources and support that churches can use within their own people, leadership, theology, and context.
You don't need to know which resource you need before contacting us.
Maybe you want to strengthen your leaders. Maybe you want to expand congregation care beyond the pastoral team. Maybe you're developing a volunteer care ministry. Maybe you're looking for practical small-group resources. Or maybe you want to help people grow in deeper connection with God.
Tell us what you're seeing. We'll explore a useful next step together.

Building Community Together. We’re a collective of community builders investing time, expertise, resources, and funding to strengthen belonging and support practical follow-through across communities and the organizations that serve them.
